In the preparation of the dough, Rustichella d'Abruzzo has added to durum wheat and water for Tonnarelli, Linguine and Penne rigate, natural ingredients, as Chili, genuine Squid Ink, and Spinach Leaves coming only from the best Italian crops, to obtain a naturally coloured and flavoured dough, without any addition of preservatives and dyes, ready to be enjoyed by adding a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but also remarkably good with other seasonings of the Italian Tradition.

Squid Ink Tonnarell 500 g

Artisanal Pasta shape flavoured with squid ink, similar to spaghetti but larger in diameter, goes well with seafood seasonings, as well with arugula and cherry tomatoes, and "Mari e Monti" with shrimp and bacon. It also matches perfectly with the "Cheese and Pepper Sauce" or "Olive" Rustichella d'Abruzzo’s Sauce. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.

Chilli Tonnarelli 500 g

Artisanal Pasta shape flavoured with with hot pepper, similar to spaghetti but larger in diameter, goes well with "Arrabbiata" or "Amatriciana" Rustichella d'Abruzzo’s Sauce. Perfect harmony of flavors also if simply seasoned with Intosso extra virgin olive oil from Rustichella or a dressing of anchovies and hot pepper in Rustichella d'Abruzzo‘s extra virgin olive oil for the spicy enthusiasts. Cooking time: 8-10 minutes.

Spinach Tonnarelli 500 g

Artisanal Pasta shape flavoured with with spinach, similar to spaghetti but larger in diameter, goes well with "Pomodoro e Basilico" and "Arrabbiata" Bio sauce or "Pesto alla Genovese" by Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.

Squid Ink Linguine 500 g

A endless classic long shape from Rustichella d'Abruzzo, flavored with squid ink. It goes well with fish-based condiments as squid and shrimp or smoked salmon and fish eggs, it also goes well with “Pomodoro e Basilico" sauce by Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.

Pumpkin Torchio 500 g

One of the most recent new products, introduced initially in the Italian market and then abroad by Rustichella d’Abruzzo. With a shape similar to Torchietti, and with the addition of 30% of pumpkin puree to the dough. A must to try in combination with "Crema di Porcini" or a "Crema di Rucola" by Rustichella d'Abruzzo, but it can also be simply enjoyed with Rustichella d'Abruzzo ‘s Intosso extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano, or alone with extra virgin olive oil oil flavored with Rustichella’s truffle. Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.

Cooking time: 9-12 minutes.

Wild berries Paccherini 250 g

Rustichella d'Abruzzo is proud to present a new exclusive product in its assortment, the "Wild Berries Paccherini", designed to meet the most discerning palates, for the preparation of creative and tasteful recipes. They are produced by Rustichella with durum wheat semolina 100% of Italian origin to which it is added a 35% of fresh berries puree (12% Blueberry, Currant 11.5% and 11.5% Raspberry) made with bronze dies and low temperature drying process, in order to preserve the fragrance and quality. Good to combine with a cream of porcini mushrooms, saffron and a some Pecorino cheese, they are excellent seasoned with Carbonara revisited with zucchini. Cooking time: 13-15 minutes.
