Fall in love with Rustichella d’Abruzzo: Tonnarelli flavored with Pepper “aglio e olio”, a traditional italian pasta dish born in the name of taste and love. It’s an easy and yummy recipe, but you must pay more attention during the cooking, in order to obtain an excellent result: high quality ingredients and pasta cooked “al dente”!
350 g of Tonnarelli flavored with Pepper by Rustichella d’Abruzzo
100 ml of INTOSSO PrimoGrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Rustichella d’Abruzzo
2 Cloves of garlic
Leaves of fresh basil
Boil the water in a large pot and cook Tonnarelli (check the cooking time on the pasta package).
Boil the INTOSSO Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large non-stick pan, then sauté the cloves of garlic (without sprouts).
Remove the cloves of garlic and add one spoonful of cooking water (take care).
Put the Tonnarelli pasta back into the pot with oil and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat (add a little bit of cooking water if necessary).
Garnish with leaves of fresh basil and serve.
