Italy and Portugal brought together again with 2 Michelin Chefs: William Zonfa and Vitor Matos. Chef Matos is a Rustichella friend and supporter from 2015. He was one of the guest of PrimoGrano Tour 2015 edition and winner of very important awards as: “Cook of the Year 2003”, “Chefs Prix de l’Avenir 2011” (Académie Internazionale Gastronomie, Parigi), Chefe Cozinheiro do Ano 2003 (Edições do Gosto), “Chefe de Cozinha do Ano 2013” (Prémios Revista WINE), “Melhor Cozinheiro de Portugal 2014” (Prémios Arco Atlântico Gastro), “Prix Chefs de l’Avenir 2011” (Académie Internacional de Gastronomie, Paris).
Chef Vitor Matos said: “A great dinner where taste and friendship goes hand in hand!” Ristorante Antiqvvm in Porto was the amazing location for this menu tasting event. The gourmet multisensorial experience of Chef Matos joined the creativity and culinary inspiration of Chef Zonfa. The Rustichella d’Abruzzo Export Manager Giovanni Intilla, was the person in charge to represent Rutichella in Portugal. He said: “At the end, people make a difference always. We are all stars.
