Rustichella d'Abruzzo is partner of MasterChef Italy

Thanks to Sky Brand Solutions, the department of Sky Media, together with Endemol Shine Italy, Rustichella d’Abruzzo will be the official pasta of the new season of MasterChef Italy. The program, expected every Thursday from December 14 on Sky and streaming on NOW, will once again feature the presence of the three great chefs Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and Giorgio Locatelli as hosts.

Rustichella d'Abruzzo will be the protagonist with its classic shapes

Throughout the episodes of the Sky Original show produced by Endemol Shine Italy, aspiring chefs will face various challenges in which Rustichella d’Abruzzo will be featured with its classic traditional formats as well as the most innovative ones. The company, now in its fourth generation, boasts a completely artisanal production: semolina from selected hard wheat, bronze dies, and low-temperature drying. Over the years, the brown paper packaging that identifies Rustichella d’Abruzzo has become established as a premium pasta brand in over 70 countries.

An opportunity to tell the story of our 100 years

"To be a partner in a program iconic for all cooking enthusiasts – explains the owner of Rustichella d’Abruzzo Stefania Peduzzi – represents an opportunity to tell our 100 years, a story of pasta and family. It was in 1924 when our grandfather Gaetano started the first pasta factory in Penne, Abruzzo. With our father Piero, the first production of whole grain pasta and then internationalization. We have been pioneers in many projects, always remaining artisans in processes but at the forefront of research and innovation that is part of our history: spaghetti with a 90-second cooking time, the fruit line, and the rediscovery of ancient grains. In 2004, we also created Primograno: the first short chain of Abruzzo wheat in Italy. Today, we tell our ancient art of making pasta worldwide."
MasterChef Italy airs every Thursday from December 14 on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go.
