In just 5 editions, it has become the perfect showcase for presenting one’s products to the national and international markets. Food is like Fashion and Milan is the capital city of fashion industry, the best location to present our products to national and international markets. We export in 70 countries in the world and we don’t miss this amazing exhibition. The One-starred Michelin Chef William Zonfa from L’Aquila, has cooked our first Little Paccheri shape with fruit named Mixed Berries Paccherini (made with 100% of durum wheat semolina and 35% of organic red fruits puree as Raspberry, Bluebarries and Currant) in occasion of COLOR INSIDE, the amazing furniture fair in Milan a few months ago. Distilled of porcini mushrooms, asparagus, cream of DOP saffron from L’Aquila and juniper smoked ricotta were the top ingredients for this amazing, super yummy and gourmet recipe! We believe in tradition and innovation; for this reason, we have produced these new line of Little Paccheri with organic puree of Pomegranate, Kiwi, Pineapple, Peach & Apricot, a gourmet solution for Chefs and Restaurants who want create super gourmet and fashion recipes, keeping high the artisanal quality.
