From Saturday 11 to Monday 13 March 2017 at Stazione Leopolda in the amazing Florence, Pitti Immagine presents the 12th edition of PITTI TASTE, the fair 100% focused on excellence in flavors and lifestyles of high quality food. Increasingly an unmissable event for international food culture professionals, TASTE is the result of Pitti Immagine’s collaboration with Gastronaut Davide Paolini. This edition is growing in terms of numbers as well as the exhibition spaces. Over 380 companies will be showcased at the Stazione Leopolda (+12%, there were 340 in March 2016) – a selection of the best niche and specialist producers from all over Italy.
Rustichella d’Abruzzo come back again in Florence (Booth A/59) to present its last new products as TRITICUM (100% Organic artisan pasta) and the new TRITICUM Organic Flours. “Choosing organic for us – Maria Stefania Peduzzi owner of RdA said – represent to engage in the protection of environmental and cultural biodiversity, guarding territory without polluting the land; it means preserving the balance of ecosystem over time and enhancing the culture and local traditions.” Furthermore, Rustichella d’Abruzzo will present the exclusive ZEROTRE, the organic pastina for kids made with 100% of organic durum wheat semolina and 35% of organic fresh puree of fruits and vegetables (only a few shapes). Recently, ZEROTRE line was increased with sauces and seasonings 100% focused on kids.
