The 42th edition of Fancy Food Show (the most important F&B Exhibition in the US West Coast) ended two days ago in San Francisco. The 2016 edition drew about 30,000 industry professionals and 1,400 exhibitors from over 30 countries. Since the first editions (and for many years) we were the first company to promote the artisan pasta in America, and at the same time, the first brand to introduce in US the Farro pasta, Squid Ink pasta and Sardinian Fregola. The strong relationship between Rustichella and USA depend on two key factors: shared projects works and respect of the roles for producers and distributors. Furthermore, the human relationships born in the 90’s (and continuous for many years, from father to son also) are the energy of our brand: 45% export in North America, 25% in Europe, 20% in Asia. «These human relationships are very important for the marketplace – Gianluigi Peduzzi (President RdA) said – as well as the strong friendship with our distributor in US.
