Rustichella d'Abruzzo introduced its new line of FRUIT LITTLE PACCHERI in occasion of TUTTOFOOD, the international B2B show dedicated to food & beverage organised by Fiera Milano from 8th to 11th may 2017. The One-starred Michelin Chef William Zonfa from L'Aquila, has cooked our first Little Paccheri shape with fruit named Mixed Berries Paccherini (made with 100% of durum wheat semolina and 35% of organic red fruits puree as Raspberry, Bluebarries and Currant) in occasion of COLOR INSIDE, the amazing furniture fair in Milan a few months ago. Distilled of porcini mushrooms, asparagus, cream of DOP saffron from L'Aquila and juniper smoked ricotta were the top ingredients for this amazing, super yummy and gourmet recipe! We believe in tradition and innovation; for this reason, we have produced these new line of Little Paccheri with organic puree of Kiwi, Pineapple, Pomegranate (juice) and Peach & Apricot, a gourmet solution for Chefs and Restaurants who want create super gourmet and fashion recipes, keeping high the artisanal quality. Furthermore, we have presented also the 100% organic TRITICUM line (pasta shapes and flours made with 100% organic ancient grains like Saragolla, Farro 100% from Abruzzo and Senatore Cappelli).
The Rustichella d'Abruzzo cocktail party in RED LAFELTRINELLI (Read Eat Dream of the famous Italian publishing company founded in 1954 by Giangiacomo Feltrinelli) was the best moment of our TUTTOFOOD experience. We have hosted our friends and distributors from Canada, Portugal, Malta, Denmark, Trinidad & Tobago, and Holland within Scalo Milano, the new metropolitan "city style" district in Locate Triulzi (Milan), a place where food, fashion and design bring together. The owner of Rustichella d'Abruzzo Maria Stefania Peduzzi and One-starred Michelin Chef William Zonfa have created the gourmet menu, 3 first courses included: cream of Rustichella PrimoGrano Tondino Bean from Tavo with Abruzzo Farro salad and Navelli Saffron-tempura prawn, 90 seconds Spaghetto RAPIDA with PrimoGrano Rustichella Tomato Pear from Abruzzo, basil and pecorino, and the new Kiwi Paccherini with tuna tartare, Tropea red onion salad, burrata and orange zest, a fresh and balanced dish in flavors and colours.
